What to Bring:

• Swimsuit or clothes that can get wet (light colors work best!) 👕💦

• Water shoes for comfy, safe steps 👟

• Any medicines you might need 💊

• A valid ID (because, you know, rules!) 🆔

• Your favorite drinks? Bring ’em in cans — we’ve got coolers to keep them cold! 🥤❄️ (No glass, please!)

What NOT to Bring:

• Spray sunscreen (let’s keep it reef-friendly!) 🚫🧴

• Jewelry (save the sparkle for shore) 💍

• Your own cooler (we got you covered!) 🚫🧊

• Drinks in glass bottles (safety first!) 🚫🍾

• Illegal drugs (obviously, no!) 🚫🚨

⚠️ Important Participation Info

• Minimum Age: 5 years old

• Sorry, the following guests cannot participate: ❌ Pregnant guests ❌ Guests with recent surgeries ❌ Anyone with neck, back, arm, or leg issues ❌ Guests with epilepsy, heart conditions, or dizziness

A few more things to know:

• 🚫 Guests showing signs of intoxication won’t be allowed to join — safety first!

• 🌊 Depending on the day’s maritime conditions and guest experience, the captain may change the itinerary or island stops.

• 🗣️ All guests must be able to communicate in English or Spanish.

• 👶 Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult.

🛑 General Cancellation Policy

• Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 48 hours before your tour or rental departure time.

• If you cancel less than 48 hours before, arrive late, or don’t show up, the full charge applies—sorry, no refunds.

• All cancellations must be made by phone directly with Pirate Snorkeling Shack.

👥 Special Activities & Groups (16+ Guests)

• For groups of 16 or more, cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance for a full refund.

• If cancelled after that 2-week window, no refunds will be issued.

🌧️ Weather Cancellations

• If we cancel due to weather, you can choose a new date at no extra cost or get a full refund.

• Please don’t decide not to show up based on weather guesses — if the tour or rental goes out, you will be charged.

• If you have questions about the weather, please call us before your trip.

• Weather cancellations can happen on the same day because Caribbean weather can be unpredictable. We’ll notify you ASAP if we need to cancel.
