8:30 AM – Arrive early, take a moment together, and get ready for your special day.

Please be punctual at Villa Marina in Fajardo—your intimate 4-hour getaway awaits, filled with breathtaking views, peaceful waters, and time just for the two of you.

A Few Important Notes to Keep Everyone Safe & Happy

• Minimum age: 5 years old

• Who should skip this trip:

  • Pregnant guests

  • Anyone recovering from recent surgery

  • Guests with neck, back, arm, or leg issues

  • Those with epilepsy, heart conditions, or dizziness

• Group size: We keep it cozy with a maximum of 6 guests onboard — it’s the law!

• Please stay safe: If anyone shows signs of intoxication, we won’t be able to take you out on the water.

• Boat ride: Our 27-foot boat cruises open waters, so sometimes it might get a little bumpy — hold on tight!

• Captain’s call: For your safety and comfort, the captain may adjust the route or destinations based on the day’s conditions and everyone’s experience level.

• Language: To make sure everyone stays in the loop, guests should speak English or Spanish.

• Kids: Anyone under 18 needs to be with an adult who’s joining the fun.

• WaveRunner limits: Max weight is 400 lbs for the Jet Ski.

General Cancellations

• Changed your mind? No problem — just let us know at least 48 hours before your tour or rental departure time for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 48 hours, late arrivals, or no-shows will be charged in full. No refunds.

Important: All cancellations must be made by phone. Emails or texts won’t be accepted.

Groups & Special Activities (16+ Guests)

• Booking for a group or special event?

• You must cancel at least 2 weeks in advance for a full refund.

• No refunds will be given for cancellations made after that window.

Weather-Related Cancellations

• We monitor local weather closely. If we cancel your activity due to weather, you’ll receive a full refund or can reschedule for free.

• Only we decide if conditions require cancellation. If you choose not to attend because the weather "looks bad" and we still operate, it will be treated as a no-show.

• If you're unsure about the weather, please call us.

Note: In the Caribbean, weather can be unpredictable. Cancellations may occur on the same day, on-site.

🐢 Be a Friend to the Reef

Help us keep the reef healthy and happy by following these simple rules:

• 👀 Look, but don’t touch — Coral, fish, and turtles are beautiful to watch, but touching them can cause serious harm.

• 🚫 No feeding the fish — They don’t like chips, bread, or crackers — and it throws off their natural diet.

• 🩴 Swim carefully — Keep your fins up and never stand on coral. Coral reefs are fragile and grow very slowly!

💙 Travel Sustainably

Every little action helps protect the ocean. Here’s how you can do your part:

• 🧴 Wear reef-safe sunscreen — Regular sunscreen contains chemicals that hurt coral reefs. Reef-safe = ocean-approved!

• 💧 Bring a reusable water bottle — Stay hydrated and say no to single-use plastics.

• 🍹 Use reusable cups and containers — Keep your beach day waste-free.
