⚓ General Cancellation Policy ⚓
Need to cancel? Make sure to do it 48 hours before your tour or rental start time to get a full refund. Cancel later, arrive late, or no-show? You’ll still be charged in full — no refunds. All cancellations need to be made by phone with Pirate Snorkeling Shack. 📞

🎉 Special Activities & Big Groups (16+ Guests) 🎉
Got a big crew? For groups of 16 or more, cancellations must be made 2 weeks in advance for a full refund. After that, no refunds — so plan ahead! 🗓️

☁️ Weather Cancellations ☁️
If we call off your trip due to weather, no worries! You can reschedule for free or get a full refund. But remember, we decide if the weather’s a no-go. Don’t cancel on your own or you might still get charged. If you’re unsure, just give us a ring! 📲
Caribbean weather can be tricky, so sometimes cancellations happen last minute — we’ll let you know ASAP!
