✅ Check-In Details

📍 Location:Cabezas de San Juan – Ensenada Yegua, Fajardo, Puerto Rico

🕙 Check-In Time: 10:00 AM 🛶 Tour Departure: 10:15 AM (sharp!) 🕐 Return Time: Approximately 1:00 PM

⚠️ Important: All guests must arrive on time at the check-in location. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to ensure a smooth start. The tour will depart promptly at 10:15 AM, and we are unable to wait for late arrivals.

📌 Location tip: Cabezas de San Juan is a protected natural reserve. Please follow posted signs and respect the environment when parking and walking to the meeting point.

⚠️ Important Participation Info

👶 Minimum Age: 5 years old Children under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult.

🚫 Who Cannot Participate:

For safety reasons, this tour is not suitable for guests who are:

• 🤰 Pregnant

• 🏥 Recovering from recent surgeries

• 🦴 Experiencing neck, back, arm, or leg problems

• ❤️ Living with heart conditions, epilepsy, or prone to dizziness

📌 Other Important Notes:

• 🍷 No intoxication: Guests showing signs of alcohol or drug use will not be allowed to participate.

• 🌊 Itinerary flexibility: The tour guide may adjust the route or stops based on sea conditions and group experience for everyone’s safety and enjoyment.

• 🗣️ Language requirement: All participants must be able to communicate in English or Spanish.

🚫 Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, but due to the nature of our small-group experiences, we kindly ask that all guests review the following cancellation terms:

🕒 General Cancellations (Individuals & Small Groups)

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour or rental time to receive a full refund.

• Late cancellations (less than 48 hours), no-shows, and late arrivals will be charged in full — no refunds will be issued.

• All cancellations must be made directly by phone with Pirate Snorkeling Shack.

👥 Special Activities & Groups (16+ Guests)

• For group bookings and special activities with 16 or more participants, cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance to receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the activity date are non-refundable.

🌦️ Weather-Related Cancellations

• If we cancel due to poor weather or unsafe conditions, you’ll have the option of a full refund or to reschedule at no extra cost.

• Important: Only Pirate Snorkeling Shack can make weather-related cancellation decisions.

  • If you choose not to attend based on your own weather concerns — but we proceed with the tour — you will still be charged in full.

• We will contact you as soon as possible in the event of a weather cancellation. However, due to the unpredictable nature of Caribbean weather, same-day cancellations may occur on-site.

Due to our limited group sizes and the personalized nature of our tours, we must be strict with our cancellation policy. On the day of your tour, our team is on-site, fully staffed, and ready — your spot is reserved, and resources have been allocated just for you.
