Important Info & Safety Stuff ⚓

• Minimum Age: 5 years old 👶

• Sorry, the following guests cannot join for safety reasons:

  • Pregnant guests 🤰

  • Recent surgeries 🏥

  • Neck, back, arm, or leg issues 🦴

  • Epilepsy, heart conditions, or dizziness 💓

• We can’t exceed 6 guests on board — it’s the law! 🚤

• No guests showing signs of intoxication — safety first! 🚫🍹

• The boat is 27 feet long and sails in open water. Sometimes the ride can get a bit bumpy 🌊 Hold on tight!

• The captain may change the plan based on weather and how the group is feeling. Flexibility is key! 🗺️

• All guests should speak English or Spanish to stay in the loop 🗣️

• Minors under 18 must be with an adult who’s also joining the fun 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

• WaveRunner max weight: 400 lbs 🏋️‍♂️

Cancellation Policy ⚠️

• General Cancellations: Need to cancel? No worries! Just let us know at least 48 hours before your tour or rental departure time for a full refund 💸. Cancel less than 48 hours before check-in, show up late, or don’t show up? Sorry, no refunds — we gotta keep things fair! ⏰❌ All cancellations must be made by phone with Pirate Snorkeling Shack 📞

• Special Activities & Big Groups (16+ guests): For groups of 16 or more, cancellations must be made 2 weeks in advance to get a full refund. Less than 2 weeks? No refunds, sorry! 😬

• Weather Cancellations: If we cancel due to weather 🌧️, no problem — we’ll offer you a new date or a full refund, your choice! Heads up though — only we decide if the weather cancels the trip. So don’t bail just because it looks cloudy, or you’ll still be charged! Questions about weather? Just give us a call! ☎️ Sometimes, Caribbean weather is super unpredictable, so cancellations might happen last minute, even on-site. We’ll call you ASAP if that happens!

Final Note: Because our groups are small and special, we gotta stick to this policy. On your trip day, we’ll be there, ready and waiting just for you! We invest time, resources, and sometimes even say no to others — so thanks for understanding! 🙏

At Pirate Snorkeling, we’re all about showing you the underwater magic and natural beauty of Fajardo, Puerto Rico. We LOVE marine life and want you to fall in love too — but don’t worry, no awkward underwater handshakes! 🐠🤿

Just a quick favor: please don’t touch the coral, fish, or turtles — they’re not fans of surprise hugs. And definitely don’t feed the fish your snacks, unless you want some very confused fish! 🍕🐟
