If you love being in the water and have a desire to discover what lies underneath the surface of the ocean, snorkeling is an easy and safe way to explore. Safety, patience, and professionalism are our goals when teaching guests how to snorkel. Our experienced crew will teach the fundamentals of snorkeling starting with mask and fin fittings and mask defogging. While fitted with a life-vest, participants practice in the shallow, calm waters of Seven Seas Bay under close supervision of our instructors. Various marine life is pointed out and brough near the surface for a fun and interactive experience. Due to the unique nature and small size of our groups, we are forced to remain firm on our cancellation policy. Please note that on the day of your tour or rental we will be there, on site, waiting and ready to serve you. Regardless of the reason for the cancellation, our time and effort are already invested; We may have even rejected other customers by maintaining their space. Thanks for your understanding!
1. Health & Safety

Constant Monitoring: Employees receive daily monitoring to ensure that they are healthy and do not show symptoms of any infectious disease. Once in their workplace they must wear nasal protectors at all times, except when participating in aquatic activities and comply with the CDC guidelines, physical distancing and hand washing every thirty minutes. -
Ongoing Cleaning: Pirate Snorkeling Shack has a person involved in the equipment sanitization process and will be trained to follow CDC's cleaning and sanitizing guidelines. All equipment, such as life jackets, paddles, kayak, paddlebard, snorkeling gear, and contact surfaces, are thoroughly disinfected before each and after each use. The snorkeling equipment will be specially disinfected and cleaned in a rigorous 24-hour process. -
Physical distancing: Guests will keep a safe distance of 6 feet as much as possible at all times. Please note, for your safety, there may be times when your guides need to assist you, preventing them from maintaining a 6-foot distance. However, all staff members will wear necessary PPE throughout the tour and will be equipped with portable disinfectants if necessary. -
Pirate Snorkeling Shack has instituted mandatory temperature checks for all guests. During the registration process, guests must wear masks that cover their nose and mouth. Guest temperatures will be scanned using our non-contact temperature devices. If you or someone in your group experiences symptoms, we will work directly with you to cancel or reschedule your tour. -
Food and beverage service: All snacks and lunches will be packed (not buffet). We ask that you bring your own reusable cup.
